Manufacturer Warranty
Pavlock Technologies provides cellular signal booster systems and connectivity equipment from trusted manufacturers including Wilson Connectivity, SureCall, and Teltonika. All products sold through Pavlock Technologies are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty.
Warranty periods and coverage vary depending on the manufacturer and specific product. Most signal booster systems include manufacturer warranties ranging from two to three years. Detailed warranty information can be found within each product’s documentation or manufacturer specifications.
If a product experiences a manufacturer defect during the warranty period, Pavlock Technologies will assist customers with the warranty claim process to help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Returns
Return eligibility and timeframes may vary depending on the product and manufacturer. Most manufacturers provide return windows ranging from 30 to 90 days from the date of delivery.
To request a return, customers should contact Pavlock Technologies to obtain return authorization before sending any product back.
To qualify for a return:
The product must be in new condition
All original components, packaging, and accessories must be included
The product must not show signs of installation, damage, or misuse
Once a return request is approved, instructions will be provided for returning the product.
Refunds
Once the returned product is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Shipping costs are non refundable unless the return is due to a defective product or shipping error.
Please allow several business days for refunds to be processed after the returned product has been received and approved.

Signal booster performance can often be affected by antenna placement, installation conditions, or signal strength outside the building. Before initiating a return, we recommend contacting Pavlock Technologies for assistance.
